We wanted to highlight our amazing panelists for our April 15 event, A Night of Inspiration. Here they are:
Natalie Kaddas
Natalie is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Kaddas Enterprises, a second-generation family business. The company specializes in manufacturing thermoform plastic products and cutting-edge, custom solutions for the energy, transportation, and aerospace industries.
Kaddas Enterprises' mission is the eliminate animal-caused power outages with their patented BirdguarD designs. Under Ms. Kaddas' leadership, the company has pursued a global market strategy that has more than tripled revenues and grown net profits annually.
Carrie Kelsch
Carrie is a visionary entrepreneur, leader, and innovator with a passion for building successful businesses and empowering people. As the founder and CEO of A Plus Garage Doors, she has grown the company into an award-winning, multi-million-dollar home services organization serving Utah with a team of over 150 dedicated employees.
Carrie is deeply committed to creating a culture where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Under her leadership, A Plus has earned numerous accolades, including Best in State, Inc. 5000, Fastest 50, Best Company to Work For, and The Talk Award.
Driven by creativity and a desire to elevate people, she is a serial Entrepreneur known for her energy, determination, and people-first leadership style. Carrie continues to push boundaries, build meaningful businesses, and create lasting impact in her industry and beyond.
Tim McConnehey
Tim is the Founder and CEO of Izzard Ink Publishing, where he helps authors and entrepreneurs turn strong ideas into exceptional books and valuable intellectual property. An alumnus of Harvard Business School, he built Izzard Ink from the ground up into one of the fastest-growing media companies in the country. His work brings together publishing, business strategy, and technology.
Jason Olsen
Jason is a serial entrepreneur based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He founded his first company at 16, and has since launched multiple successful ventures across real estate, automotive, and franchising.
He is the Founder and CEO of IMAGE Studios, a leading salon suite franchise with 135 locations open across 25 states, and more than 190 additional locations in development nationwide. Under his leadership, IMAGE Studios has emerged as one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty and wellness industry, known for its elevated design, strong unit economics, and category-defining platform.
IMAGE Studios has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies in America for four consecutive years and ranked among Utah's Top 100 Growth Companies by the Mountain West Capital Network. The company was also named one of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces in America and has been consistently recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine on its Franchise 500 list from 2021 through 2026.
Jason holds a degree from Brigham Young University and is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in 2013. He is an active member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

Jennie Tanner
Tanner Glass & Hardware is a leading trade partner in the construction industry, specializing in residential glass, finish hardware, picture framing, and commercial storefront and glazing applications. Tanner Glass & Hardware has received multiple awards recognizing excellence in customer service and community philanthropy. The company actively donates labor and materials to local shelters, non-profits, and community development projects.
Jennie Tanner brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. A licensed general contractor, she has built lasting partnerships with both local and national builders across Utah and the surrounding states. Jennie is a certified member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and is deeply committed to community engagement and social impact.
Her philanthropic focus centers on addressing homelessness through her work with organizations such as HomeAid Utah, supporting projects like The Other Side Village, Life Start Village, and Family Promise - all dedicated to providing families with stable housing. Jennie mentors young women through the Women Who Succeed program at the University of Utah, serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Social and Behavioral Science, and is the current President of the Salt Lake Home Builders Association. She also served as the labor organizer for The House That SHE Built - the first all-women-built home in the nation.

Gregory D. Schow
Greg is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and value creation across multiple industries. With a background in portfolio management and financial analysis, Greg previously contributed to significant asset growth during his time at Lunt Capital Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Utah and has earned advanced certifications including CAIA and CMT.
